Inspiration

I am not convinced of a roadmap. I do not believe in step by step guides. I am interested in the search. The roadmap I crave is the one created as I traverse it. I have come to understand the path to success is ill-defined. Following in the footsteps of another will lead me away from my vision and into the mimicry of another’s. However, the journey is alone will not provide it. Success is not my reward for seeking. It is the reward for the sincerity with which I seeks. It is far too often the case that one’s craft is sacrificed in exchange for what it can provide. When the craft becomes a vehicle, sincerity has vanished. And the journey leads nowhere. Nature reveals its secrets to the man who is sincere. Not because it wishes to. But because it has no choice.

This is my impetus.
